Sitting pretty in the woods…
I’ve spent quite a bit of time working on my new blog today and I feel like I’ve finally made some progress.

I’m late! I’m late… for a very important date!
So, you may have noticed that I didn’t do ANYTHING I said I was going to last week with the new blog…
my bad.
If you decide not read this blog or my new blog ever again I would totally understand… no really…. I would.
Well, while I didn’t manage to get any blogging done I did manage to do these things-
*Watch Alice in Wonderland with my boy
*Preregister for classes… kinda
*Stay out until 1am with my traveling singing group
*Be extremely emotional
*Take like 10 ibuprofen in the past 48hrs
*Eat ice cream cake
*Buy a new planner in an attempt to stay organized… nah… I just REALLY love planners…
You can see that I was extremely productive this past week. I blame it all on the hormones…

I did manage to do a photo shoot for the new blog and post a couple of my special feature posts!

I took more pictures than just this one… but I’m only going to show you this one…
I’m going to work on some photo editing today, so hopefully I can get this new blog up and running soon!

Announcement: Blog Party. :)
Here’s that date that I’m aiming towards for the blog party….
Thursday the 19th!!!!!
The blog party is going to be at my new blog (the info on how to get to that blog will be announced the day before…) and will have tons of new, inspirational posts; theme based posts; lots of pictures; and hopefully things that will make you want to get creative!

Announcement Time!
Well, not exactly… I’m only going to share a smidge of what’s been going on in my mind.
: )
I have been overloaded with tons of really creative ideas here recently (I was right! Home Ec has helped my creative juice flow!!!). Most of these ideas have revolved around a new blog for me… I know, I know… this will be like blog #4! Yikes!
Anywho,
These creative ideas have just kept coming and I’m really excited to share them with you guys!
But not yet.
I really want this blog to be everything I’ve dreamed that I want my blog to be. Having spent the past six months checking out tons of blogs and falling in love with others I finally feel like I know what I want/need in a blog. It has been super fun to work on this project and I can’t wait to share the results. I still have a ton of work to do on the new blog, so I’m not ready to do the unveiling just yet. I’m hoping to have a blog party (Location- new blog!) sometime next week, so to wet your appetites to come check out my new digs I’ll give you a run down on what is still left to do-

*Blog entries- new weekly features + daily inspiration!

The side part is really a “chalkboard”! I’m really anxious to get my hands on some oil cloth to come up with something crafty too.

Long day…
I had loads of fun hanging with these cute kids…
at the zoo today. We had lots of fun, but it was pretty hot out.
Needless to say I’m tired and my legs are sore… I sound like I’m getting old!
Yikes…
Anywho, these guys were pretty cute too.
I don’t think I would mind having one of these as a pet.
What do you think, Adam?
I doubt he’ll agree to let me keep one of these in the bathtub…
